Jerk Chicken Chili

Check out this mouth-watering Jerk Chicken Chil recipe featuring our all new Jamaican-Style Jerk & Scotch Bonnet hot sauce.


• 2 tbsp olive oil
• ½ white onion
• 3 tbsp garlic
• 3 cups chicken broth
• 2 tsp cumin
• 2 tsp Dried Oregano
• Salt and pepper to taste
• ½ block of cream cheese (dice into small cubes)
• 1 cup white cheddar (leave a little out for garnish)
• 1 cup orange cheddar (Leave a little out for garnish)
• 1 cup corn
• 1 cup white kidney beans
• 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
• Tortilla Chips for dipping
• Pepper North Jamaican-Style Jerk & Scotch Bonnet hot sauce (to taste)


• In a large pot on medium heat addolive oil and onion. Cook until onions are translucent.
• Add in chicken broth, cumin, oregano, salt, pepper, corn, white kidney beans. Cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
• Add in cooked chicken, simmer on low for 20minutes, stirring occasionally.
• Add in cream cheese, stir until incorporated.
• Add in shredded white and orange cheddar until well-mixed.
• Pour your desired amount of Jamaican-Style Jerk & Scotch bonnet to the chili. Stir to combine.
• Serve and top with tortilla chips!
