Ingredients:
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1 cup black cherries, pitted and halved
- 1/4 cup Black Cherry & Reaper hot sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Directions:
- In a small saucepan, combine the black cherries, Black Cherry & Reaper hot sauce, honey, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Cook over medium heat for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cherries break down and the sauce thickens. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
