Ingredients:
- 1lb ground chicken
- 1/4 cup Pepper North Wild Blueberry & Scorpion Hot Sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 4 hamburger buns
- Lettuce
- Tomato slices
- Red onion slices
- 4 slices of cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- Mayonnaise
- Olive oil
Directions:
- In a bowl, mix the ground chicken, Wild Blueberry & Scorpion Hot Sauce, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder until well combined.
- Divide the mixture into 4 equal parts and form them into burger patties.
- Preheat a grill or a skillet over medium heat and brush with olive oil.
- Cook the chicken burger patties for about 6-8 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
- Toast the hamburger buns on the grill or in a toaster.
- Assemble the chicken burgers by placing a patty on the bottom bun, adding a slice of cheese on top, and then lettuce, tomato, and red onion.
- Spread mayonnaise on the top bun, add more hot sauce if needed, and place it on top of the burger.
