Spicy Blueberry Chicken Burger

Ingredients:
  • 1lb ground chicken
  • 1/4 cup Pepper North Wild Blueberry & Scorpion Hot Sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • Lettuce
  • Tomato slices
  • Red onion slices
  • 4 slices of cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • Mayonnaise
  • Olive oil
Directions:
  1. In a bowl, mix the ground chicken, Wild Blueberry & Scorpion Hot Sauce, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder until well combined.
  2. Divide the mixture into 4 equal parts and form them into burger patties.
  3. Preheat a grill or a skillet over medium heat and brush with olive oil.
  4. Cook the chicken burger patties for about 6-8 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
  5. Toast the hamburger buns on the grill or in a toaster.
  6. Assemble the chicken burgers by placing a patty on the bottom bun, adding a slice of cheese on top, and then lettuce, tomato, and red onion.
  7. Spread mayonnaise on the top bun, add more hot sauce if needed, and place it on top of the burger.
