For the Jerk Maple BBQ Chicken Skewers:
Ingredients:
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into cubes
- 1/2 cup of your favourite BBQ sauce
- 1/4 cup Pepper North Jerk & Scotch Bonnet hot sauce
- 1/4 cup Canadian maple syrup
Directions:
- Marinate chicken chunks in a mixture of maple syrup, BBQ sauce, and Pepper North Jerk & Scotch Bonnet Hot Sauce.
- Skewer the marinated chicken pieces.

Ingredients:
- 1 bag tater tots (cooked to crispy)
- 1 bag cheese curds
