Ingredients:
- 1 baguette
- 2 1/2 cups diced roma tomatoes
- 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1/3 cup fresh basil (sliced thinly)
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp garlic (diced finely)
- 1 tbsp Salsa Roja & Ghost Pepper hot sauce (or to taste)
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
Directions:
- Cross cut baguette into individual slices, lightly brush with 1tbsp olive oil, and toast in oven.
- Add all remaining ingredients (except feta) to a bowl and mix well.
- Arrange toasted bread on serving plate, and carefully spoon on topping.
