Spicy Salsa Roja Bruschetta

Ingredients:

  • 1 baguette
  • 2 1/2 cups diced roma tomatoes
  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1/3 cup fresh basil (sliced thinly)
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp garlic (diced finely)
  • 1 tbsp Salsa Roja & Ghost Pepper hot sauce (or to taste)
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Cross cut baguette into individual slices, lightly brush with 1tbsp olive oil, and toast in oven.
  2. Add all remaining ingredients (except feta) to a bowl and mix well.
  3. Arrange toasted bread on serving plate, and carefully spoon on topping.
  4. Serve and enjoy!
