
SPICY SALSA ROJA QUESADILLAS

These spicy quesadillas are not just your ordinary meal; they’re a spicy, cheesy, crunchy, flavour-packed adventure that everyone will love. Imagine gooey melted cheese wrapped in crisp tortillas, bursting with zesty chicken (or keep it meatless) and a kick of hot sauce. It's a party for your taste buds that will have everyone reaching for seconds! Gather the family, roll up your sleeves, and let’s whip up a delicious meal together – tonights dinner just got a whole lot more adventurous!
Ingredients:
- 1 package of flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cooked chicken
- 2 cups cheese (mozzarella/cheddar blend)
- 1 tomato (diced)
- 1 bell pepper (diced)
- Optional toppings: Lettuce, corn, salsa, sour cream.
- 2 tbsp Salsa Roja + Ghost Peppers hot sauce + more to finish
Directions:
- Pre-heat a pan over medium heat.
- To a tortilla, add cheese, chicken (if using), diced tomatoes & peppers, and 2 tbsp of Salsa Roja + Ghost Peppers hot sauce.
- Add a 2nd tortilla on top.
- Transfer the quesadillas, one at a time, to the heated pan.
- Cook for 5-6 mins, carefully flip, and cook for an additional 5mins.
- Plate, and top with your favourite additions, including more hot sauce and enjoy!
