SPICY SHRIMP TACOS

Ingredients:

  • 1 package of corn tortillas
  • 1lb shrimp
  • 2 avocados (one mashed / one diced)
  • 1 tomato (diced)
  • 1 bell pepper (diced)
  • 1 onion (diced)
  • 1 lime
  • 1/4 cup Mango + Habanero Peppers hot sauce + more to finish

Directions:

  1. Pre-heat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Add shrimp + hot sauce to a bowl and toss to coat.
  3. Skewer shrimp + grill shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side.
  4. Mix diced tomato, bell pepper + onions to make a simple pico de gallo.
  5. To a tortilla, add mashed avocado and 4-5 cooked shrimp.
  6. Top with pico, diced avocado and a squeeze of lime.
  7. Add Mango + Habanero Peppers hot sauce to taste and enjoy!
