
SPICY SHRIMP TACOS

Ingredients:
- 1 package of corn tortillas
- 1lb shrimp
- 2 avocados (one mashed / one diced)
- 1 tomato (diced)
- 1 bell pepper (diced)
- 1 onion (diced)
- 1 lime
- 1/4 cup Mango + Habanero Peppers hot sauce + more to finish
Directions:
- Pre-heat grill to medium-high heat.
- Add shrimp + hot sauce to a bowl and toss to coat.
- Skewer shrimp + grill shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side.
- Mix diced tomato, bell pepper + onions to make a simple pico de gallo.
- To a tortilla, add mashed avocado and 4-5 cooked shrimp.
- Top with pico, diced avocado and a squeeze of lime.
- Add Mango + Habanero Peppers hot sauce to taste and enjoy!
