We infused the intensely floral notes of ghost peppers with fruity Scotch bonnets and the freshness of Jalapeños to create a sauce so hot, you’ll think you’re on the sun.

Ingredients: Jalapeño peppers, Apple cider vinegar, Habanero peppers, Ghost peppers, Sugars (maple syrup), Lime juice, Garlic, Salt, Ghost pepper flakes, Scotch bonnet pepper flakes, Chipotle pepper powder.

Hubby is a hot sauce connoisseur with three to four dozen hot sauces on hand at all times; most are picked up randomly and rarely repurchased. Stargazer & Reaper are the ones we order in bulk!

This is a great sauce in the Pepper North lineup. It packs a good flavourful burn and is made with quality ingredients. I always have a bottle in the kitchen ready for anything that needs an upgrade in flavour. Thank you once again Pepper North !!

The heat is no joke but flavour is not compromised! This is exceptional on wings, pizza and mixed in with your salsa. Try it. You’ll survive and you’ll be glad you gave it a shot.
